Allowed Usage
- Upload only content you own or are authorized to process.
- Follow plan limits for daily jobs, file size, concurrency, and fair-use compute.
- Use the API as part of value-added workflows, not as abuse infrastructure.
Prohibited Actions
- Malware, fraud, denial-of-service, scraping abuse, or evasion of technical controls.
- Copyright, privacy, or data-rights violations in uploaded material.
- Reverse engineering or circumvention of security, queue, or billing systems.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans renew per selected cycle unless canceled before renewal. Limits, priorities, and entitlements are defined by active plan. Chargeback abuse may result in access restrictions.
Availability and Liability
We target reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, TooloraHUB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using TooloraHUB at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, legal obligations, security risk, or sustained abuse.
