TooloraHUB processes customer files exclusively for requested conversion and automation jobs. Files are stored in private S3 buckets and are deleted according to lifecycle policy schedules.
We collect account information, usage telemetry, billing metadata, and audit events required to operate the service securely and reliably. We do not sell personal data.
Download links are short-lived and generated only after authorization checks. API keys are stored as hashed values and are not recoverable once created.
